Our client is looking for a MarComm Manager with strong PR, marketing and social media experience. This position is onsite 4 days/wk in their Atlanta office. MUST have strong PR, communication and social media experience.Responsibilities
- Develop and drive global press communications and social media plans
- Drive development of sales enablement materials and editorial content for global marketing campaigns Identify and build relationships with key reporters across verticals
- Partner with external PR teams to develop PR strategy and secure earned media placements
- Develop external communications plans for key announcements, events, or milestones
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to coordinate messaging, content and news for cross-channel execution
- Secure and manage speaking opportunities and panel appearances
- Manages organic social strategy and planning, content calendar and messaging development
- Measure the effectiveness of communications/social strategies and approaches
- Travel up to 20% to attend trade shows and conferences, as needed
- 4-6+ years’ in a Communications or Marketing role, Agency setting a plus
- Strong ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of building strong relationships with media outlets and publications
- Ability to craft complex jargon into simple streamlined stories that are compelling to the media and prospects
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience with social media management tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
