Our client, a financial services company, is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to join their team!

The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible nurturing our team of marketing analysts to gather and analyze data to help marketers and other stakeholders gain insights into behaviors and actions and to ultimately influence the decision-making of those stakeholders. 

Impressive candidates will understand how to translate business goals into meaningful marketing metrics and then turn those metrics into dashboards and reports that stakeholders can immediately find value in.  The ideal candidate doesn’t simply create reports but generates business insights that drive decision-making.


  • Work closely with marketing, banking, and IT teams to understand the systems we use and the meaningful data points to each group, and advise those teams on areas of opportunity and collaboration to ingest and track data.

  • Understand how customer data is structured in those systems and create processes and strategies to segment that data for Marketing activation.

  • A strong understanding of digital marketing

  • Ability to manage and report on marketing campaign tracking across multi-touch campaigns



  • 5-7 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • Adobe Certified Expert – Business Practitioner (required)

  • Adobe Certified Master – Adobe Analytics Architect (preferred

  • Adobe Analytics and PowerBI or Alteryx
