Our client, a Top Entertainment Network, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This will be a 9 month contract and hybrid to Burbank.Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of multiplatform marketing campaigns, from strategy development to final deliverables and reporting.
- Develop & maintain campaign timeline documents, working closely with partners across social, creative, press, and more.
- Assist in the development of strategy brief presentations & campaign presentations.
- Lead day-to-day deliverable execution for paid media and marketing campaigns, working closely with internal and external Creative teams, media agency, & Social team. Includes timeline and process management & QA of all requested specs & delivered assets.
- Request company-data through appropriate channels for paid media campaigns.
- Coordinate agenda, maintain invitee lists, & compile and send notes from all Pod meetings.
- 1-2 years of experience with an entertainment company (internship experience is fine)
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Be detail oriented, work well under deadline pressure, and be extremely flexible.
- Interpret directions and follow through with assignments to completion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
