Job description

The Marketing Campaign Manager is a critical role on our America’s Field Marketing team and a significant contributor to drive overall go to market strategy and end to end customer experience. This role will partner with the global campaigns team, marketing operations, creative, field marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, and more to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns landing in the Americas theatre.

This role will be instrumental in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring program elements are developed, projects are executed on time, key data metrics are updated, and marketing related issues are resolved.

Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

-Campaign Management & Execution

-Campaign Strategy & Management – Build the overall strategy, creation, implementation, and execution of target marketing programs designed to flood our USCA sales teams, across all subregions, with quality leads aligned to sales plays.

-Leads the orchestration of all execution components, including cross department coordination (marketing, services, sales, partners, etc.).

-Database Marketing: Determine the best ways to segment and leverage assets to drive traffic/registrations for our programs and promote across our database to targeted groups.

-Demand Generation – Working closely with Marketing Operations to develop and deliver timely and relevant email campaigns to help drive leads through the sales pipeline.

-Webinars – build strategy for webinar content and speakers as it aligns to integrated campaigns. Execute USCA webinars on the ON24 platform to provide the best lead/customer experience that nurtures their relationship with Tableau.

-Sales Activation - Ensure sales teams are equipped to execute on sales campaigns. Including standardization of dashboard views, step by step guidance, next logical content recommendations. Optimize and maintain standard view of ‘Audience’ dashboards and Sales Insight Campaign pages.

-Analytics – Use tools like Tableau to analyze program leads and follow-up programs, constantly testing new ways to drive more leads and more conversions.

-Technology- Own the relationship and technical aspects of the global webinar platform for hosting and running all virtual events.

-Cross-Functional Teamwork – Team up with Integrated Marketing, Field, Events, and Operations to ensure all campaigns are relevant, targeted, and delivering results. Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

-Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks, record details accurately -Excellent written and oral communication skills

-Dependable and able to work without significant supervision

-Knowledge of MS Office, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, Eloqua and Salesforce.com preferred

-Customer service oriented in engaging with customers

-Motivated to learn and grow with a fast-growing company

-Knowledge of Tableau, Eloqua and other marketing systems

Education/Experience:

-5+ years’ experience in marketing

-BA degree in marketing or equivalent related experience

Working Conditions: The physical environment requires the employee to work indoors in an office space. Employee is exposed to controlled temperature and air, adequate natural and artificial light, average noise levels. Employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time. Employee must be able to communicate and exchange information over the phone and/or via a computer. Employee must be able to perform work during the core working hours for the role, and may be asked to work different and/or additional hours.
