Job description
Position Objective:This position is responsible to support the Marketing Communications team primarily from a financial management perspective, but also support basic functions in online and offline advertising, social media and emerging media based on the increasing scope of business. Duties include financial management, project management, activity reporting, audit support, and program optimization.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for financial management and financial close-out of Marketing Communications projects. This includes: financial tracking, PO & invoice processing, etc.
• Assist in all aspects of budget tracking and AP/AR processing
• Documenting and logging legal and product approvals for Marketing Communications tactics
• Monitor and report on all marketing KPI's throughout the lifecycle of the campaign and identify optimization opportunities
• Report on marketing communications activity on a monthly basis
• Manage and maintain campaign optimization reporting
• Actively support all areas of the marketing communications team during campaign launches (i.e.--print, digital, TV, social media, etc.)
• Internal PAG audit support (if necessary)
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business with a focus in marketing and/or advertising
Experience:
• 1-2 years’ experience in advertising and marketing project/account management with knowledge of financial management and billing process
• Experience with media planning preferred
Skills:
• Strong financial and analytical background required
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Superior organization skills with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work seamlessly in a cross-functional role within the organization
• Highly motivated and able to work autonomously
• Able to lead projects confidently
