About the Role
Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive growth for a fast-growing, design-forward kitchenware brand sold through a major big-box retailer in the U.S. and internationally. This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas, reporting to the Director of Marketing, and is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
Brand & Strategic Leadership
- Champion the brand across all channels, ensuring every asset, message, and experience aligns with the established voice, look, and feel.
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to execute an integrated marketing calendar, driving alignment and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, licensees, and creative partners to maintain brand consistency across packaging, eCommerce, and in-store touchpoints.
Campaign & Creative Development
- Lead asset briefings and hand-offs to ensure creative deliverables are well researched, on-brief, and delivered on time.
- Develop compelling presentations and creative briefs for retailer line reviews, product launches, and internal communications.
E-Commerce & Retail Execution
- Oversee creation, delivery, and optimization of eCommerce assets and copy for a major mass retail website.
- Support in-store presence through research, development, and execution of retail displays and merchandising programs.
PR & Product Visibility
- Partner with external PR agency resources to share brand updates, product education, and calendar milestones.
- Lead product seeding programs, review generation, and ratings improvement initiatives across key eCommerce platforms.
Operational Excellence
- Manage product samples, inventory tracking, and distribution for events, photoshoots, and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bentonville, Arkansas.
- 4–5 years of retail marketing experience.
- Experience working for or with a major mass retailer (experience with Walmart is a strong plus).
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
