US Marketing Manager for very cool beauty brand (B2B). SoCal position. MUST live in LA or OC. not a remote job!General Purpose
Our client is seeking a Manager of US Marketing to work alongside the Global Marketing Team and US Sales Team to handle the execution of B2B US specific programs, promotions and communications.
Essential duties & responsibilities
- Manage all field communication for US specific marketing programs and product animations, as well as share any relevant product updates for the US market
- Work with relevant teams to execute 360 B2B launch plans for accounts and sales field
- Plan + execute all sell-through programs, providing a monthly “offers’ program to the field, with customizable collateral for use in accounts
- Work with national accounts director to execute national accounts programs, from GWPs to holiday + seasonal promotions as needed
- Communicate all B2B messaging with corresponding teams to ensure consistency with US Marketing
- Worth with US sales + marketing teams to develop prospecting tools for the US Sales Team to drive new business
- Manage B2B loyalty program
- Work with partners on testing various marketing programs and gathering content for US account execution
- Proactively seek consistent feedback from sales field and accounts on tools, programs, promotions, etc. to further evolve or create new B2B marketing solutions
- Oversee marketing collateral asset management – working closely with BI + supply chain to maintain forecasts + inventory levels to meet the growing demands of the business
- Work with education and training teams to keep marketing content relevant and education updates communicated in B2B channels accordingly
- Quarterly field rides with US sales team members to stay current on in-office activities
- Attend US events, meetings or trade shows as needed
Position Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Unrivaled attention to detail
- Excels at project management, organization and being deadline-driven
- Partners well with cross-functional and inter-department teams as well as other marketing and sales team members
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant marketing experience
- Skin care industry, knowledge of aesthetics or relevant industry is highly preferred
- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment
