Length of Contract: 6 months with potential to extend or convert.

Client Overview: The client operates at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce and offers advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across their ecosystem of mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices and advertising platform.
Position Overview: You are an excellent oral and written communicator, and you possess an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions. You are highly organized and have the ability to work closely and constructively with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You're particularly adept at developing strong, one-to-one relationships with content creators. You have experience navigating and adopting technical and product requirements, and have the ability to influence technical and product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Pitch and onboard content creators to generate content
- Drive special deal terms and negotiations with content creators to optimize collaboration
- Drive adoption of the program and set guidelines for content creators
- Work closely with product team to inform product roadmap and provide feedback on product requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of business development experience
- Experience sourcing, developing, and maintaining partner relationships
- Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing strategic business agreements
- Sound business judgment and strong analytical thinking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with a proven ability to influence others internally and externally
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Experience working with influencers
- Expertise in ecommerce with knowledge of the digital media space
