Job description

As a Customer Success Enablement Manager on the Revenue, Operations and Enablement (ROE) team, you will focus on managing and deploying enablement programs and activities that support the global Customer Success organization.

In this role you must be highly process driven with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills. You should be familiar with various sales enablement strategies and have knowledge of Customer Success Management and how to support their success. You will work across the ROE team and with product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives & assets for the Customer Success team.

Duties:
• Forge, maintain and cultivate strong relationships across the Customer Success organization, ROE, marketing, and product teams.
• Work cross-functionally to create and deliver enablement programs, content, communications for Customer Success Managers.
• Support and collaborate with the ROE Onboarding team to ensure Customer Success Managers onboarding needs are addressed and that new hires are ‘servicing ready’
• Understand and manage sales stakeholder needs and objectives.
• Define and develop enablement materials for regional offerings 
• Write internal communications to rollout enablement materials and trainings.
• Coordinate with global counterparts to ensure we create a consistent experience.
• Evaluate impact of your work, and push for continuous improvement that shows real results.

Skills & Experience
• 5+ years experience in sales, customer success or revenue enablement
• Experience creating, managing, and deploying enablement programs/content for Customer Success teams
• Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.
