Our global footwear and apparel client is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager on a 12 month contract that is likely to extend and could lead to fulltime opportunities. This role is remote for now but may go onsite once it's safe. This position is eligible for benefits and sick time.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - We are looking for a Project Manager to lead Catalyst Brand Marketing projects, including but not limited to, our large-scale seasonal priorities. The role is ETW in Portland / starts as soon as possible. Potential to grow to full-time.

 

What you’ll do-

  • Project manage Catalyst Marketing seasonal projects from kick-off through launch to market, ensuring a smooth and timely execution end-to-end. 
  • Led project execution plan (how we will work, alongside marketing teammates and across functions) and define a clear path to project success.
  • Create, assign and track project milestones and ensure teams are tracking throughout the project.
  • Drive the marketing and cross-functional partners toward a shared path to success, ensuring timely delivery against schedule, scope and budget. 
  • Maintain a constant view of all work in flight across your projects.
  • Drive projects forward, anticipate needs, understand and asses risks, problem solve across teams when plans go off course.
  • Be the conduit between key cross-functional partners on projects (Digital, NBHD, Comms, Geos, Production/Studio) to keep efforts and team members prioritized and pacing.
  • Capture takeaways and action items from key meetings and ensure team members action on them accordingly.
  • Provide project leadership visibility and insights through the execution, implementation, and operationalization of every project.
  • Manage P.O’s, work orders, contracts as needed by project.
  • Help to inform / recommend improvements to our iterative overall workflow and process.

 
What you bring-

  • 7-9+ years of Project Manager experience either at a brand, agency or publisher incl experience working on robust projects that include multiple moving pieces across scope and high-level talent (e.g photo, video, events, social, digital, unique or new executions). Experience working across multiple teams and disciplines. Flex on yrs of experience (open to more senior).
  • The ideal candidate needs to have the skill to both make the right decisions and communicate them convincingly, acting as the project team quarterback that other team members consistently seek out for answers that are fast, authoritative, and right.
  • Possess a calm but commanding disposition - ability to effectively lead key meetings, drive agendas, objectively keep conversations on track, follow up with action items.
  • A bias for action, flexible/open mind, self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. 
  • Be both a translator and interpreter - know how to read the room, navigate difficult conversations, and ensure teams remain on the same page.
  • Proficient in air table and experience with other project management software tools.
