Duties: Come join our client as a Program Manager contractor, Expert Segment Change Management.
Accounting professionals are a key part of our mission to power prosperity. Their expertise is key to our product and our customers success. As Expert Segment Change Management, you'll spend your time improving the accountant experience in the small business ecosystem. You'll work closely with product, marketing, customer success, and sales to fine tune our processes and increase partnership between Intuit and accounting professionals. Through a mix of strategy, influence, and operational excellence you'll work on key initiatives that drive our business forward.
-Acts as accountant-experience-advocating advisor to product teams (any with launches that may affect accountants - could be QBOA, Payroll, TSheets, Desktop, etc) regarding projects, tasks, and operations –
-Provides strong data-backed recommendations to product teams to improve experience for Accountants
-Reviews and edits communications related to pricing changes, policy changes, community news, and more Immerse yourself in the accountant experience to understand how they work, what they need from our client, and how we can do better
- Influence teams across SBSEG by evangelizing the impact of accounting professionals in our ecosystem and to our shared customers
-Use your keen business acumen to establish program roadmap, influence to gain wide acceptance of strategies and then ensure priorities ladder to broader priorities
-Lead, facilitate and participate in meetings with the business, external partners, internal stakeholders, to drive the many streams of work
-Align teams against common objectives, key performance indicators, and plans
-Effectively manage multiple, complex projects and deadlines
-Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks individually, and work well with others when conflict arises.
-See opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground, and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation.
-Identify core and critical issues to organizational performance and clearly communicate status, progress, and results across the organizational boundaries and levels.
-Partner across the team to increase velocity and efficiency across the organization.

-5+ years of experience in portfolio marketing or program management or
-5+ product management experience within a fast moving technology driven
-Highly effective in managing widespread product roadmaps, launches, interconnected ecosystems, and overlapping priorities
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to work in a boundaryless way, developing strong relationships that will allow you to work more efficiently and build trust
-Significant experience in change management, program delivery and support
-Manages time and deliverables effectively and consistently with minimal supervision
-Data driven, leverages data to drive and influence decisions and measure impact
-Thrives in a constantly evolving environment Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrates flexibility in adjusting priorities as business needs adjust
-Demonstrated success working in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities
