Job description

Our client is seeking a strong content strategist with a large focus on planning and optimizing DTC marketing campaigns. This role is a key position within our marketing organization, responsible for bringing marketing campaigns to life through various digital and owned channels.

You will play a crucial role in executing campaigns through channels such as landing pages, paid media, affiliate marketing, PR, email, and SMS. Your expertise in these areas will be essential in driving the success of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the specific requirements and needs of each channel in terms of assets. Additionally, they should be able to assist in the creation of content for these channels as needed. This includes ensuring that the content is tailored to meet the unique demands and specifications of each channel, optimizing its effectiveness and impact.

- With oversight from the Director of Content, you will help spearhead content planning, ideation, creation, and project management for marketing campaigns across channels to drive revenue growth, enhance brand recognition, and acquire new customers.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns maintain a cohesive omnichannel presence and align with brand positioning and values.
- Own collaboration with cross-functional teams to strategize, brainstorm, create, and launch creative assets tailored to each channel.
- Assist in brand campaign planning and work with the ecommerce and merchandising teams to create slide decks, reports, and other materials.
- Conduct weekly A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance based on data-driven decisions.
- Facilitate communication, learnings, and resource coordination with cross-function internal teams and key agency partners.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience. Agency experience is a plus.
- Experience with content management for paid media campaigns, organic social, and other digital channels.
- Strategic thinker with a creative flair who can contribute to creative ideation and execute a cohesive omnichannel campaigns that reflect our brand values.
- Experience leading projects and timelines in coordination with multiple team members.
- Exceptional copywriting skills, with a preference for experience in crafting engaging and concise marketing copy tailored to each channel.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple tasks.
- A keen willingness to learn within a hands-on environment, demonstrating initiative and ownership over designated responsibilities. Apply for this job
