Marketo Expert Overview:
As Marketo Expert, you will develop and execute client demand generation strategies that utilize Marketo and automation best practices.
The ideal candidate for Marketo Expert will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining marketing automation integrations. The role of Marketo Expert will oversee day-to-day responsibilities related to the maintenance and optimization of implemented client strategies.
Marketo Expert Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality demand generation and campaign planning consulting.
- Maintain company document library on demand generation, marketing campaign planning, and reporting.
- Identify customer requirements, optimize solutions, and develop marketing automation strategies based on leading industry practices in marketing automation, lead management, and revenue performance management.
- Develop advanced nurture programs, lead scoring models, lead lifecycle programs, and complex automation workflow processes and procedures.
- Partner with project managers and campaign strategists to ensure project results are delivered on time.
- Support marketing programs through the creation of emails, forms, and landing pages.
- Generate reports measuring multi-channel performance, conversion tracking, and ROI.
- Stay current on latest marketing automation feature updates, competitive offerings, and marketing technologies.
- Provide mentoring to clients on marketing automation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Marketo consulting.
- Marketo certified.
- Experience in Adobe SPP Partner preferred.
- Strong understanding of Sirius Decisions Marketing & Sales processes.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation processes including demand generation, campaign management, and digital marketing.
- Proficient in CRM applications with emphasis on preferred Marketo platforms and applications.
- Extensive knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven marketing focus.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
