As a growing brand, affiliate marketing is a key part of our growth strategy. Affiliate marketing is broken down into 4 key areas:
Building traditional editorial placements with trusted publishers
Testing non-programmatic media buys (podcast, newsletters)
Expanding our marketplace presence across multi brand ecommerce platforms
Establishing affiliate partnerships with like-minded brands to sell on their site
This role will work closely with the Head of Growth focused on expanding our marketplace presence and establishing affiliate partnerships with like-minded brands to sell on their site.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our marketplace and retailer affiliates.
Proactively source new marketplace opportunities and retailer affiliates
Project managing the role out of new marketplaces/retailers ensuring a smooth and timely launch while keeping multiple stakeholders updated.
Act as the bridge between the brand and retailers/marketplaces, building meaningful relationships that drive growth.
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports reflecting campaign retailers/marketplaces and optimize as needed.
Upholding brand integrity ensuring brand standards are maintained across all marketplaces and retailers
You have a bachelor’s degree
You have 3-5 years in the affiliate marketing space
You have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Organized and process driven
You are responsive and meet requested deadlines
You have a positive attitude and a strong internal motivation to get the job done and done well
