A digital-first agency in the entertainment space, seeks a Media Supervisor with 5+ years of experience to join the New York Media Team.

Media Supervisor: What You'll Do

The Media Supervisor will manage digital media campaign efforts for our clients including professional sports teams, live events, Broadway shows, Arts & Culture, and Attractions
This role executes digital media plans based on client objectives & budgets in collaboration with our internal team members. They will also work with the host of appropriate vendors and media partners and will be responsible for leading the overall optimization, delivery and quality control of all active media campaigns/clients. The Media Supervisor provides in-depth analysis of the campaign progress in a way that translates to clear, actionable reporting for clients. This role oversees at least three direct reports.

The Media Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with media strategy teams on the overall approach to reaching the client’s goals and objectives 
  • Attend internal and client-facing meetings, speaking to media campaign performance and optimization tactics / techniques
  • Collaborate with the Director of Media Buying on recommendations and agency POV on vertical-specific trends and the digital media landscape at large along with new capabilities and platform best practices
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners 
  • Manage team of buyers to ensure proper QA, campaign set up, targeting, and budgets prior to launch
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations, in collaboration with Media Buying team
  • Provide insights for client-facing reports, ensuring that DOMO is set up correctly and tracking appropriately across all planned platforms and tactics
  • Manage, maintain, and clearly communicate budget status and considerations to Account and Media teams for assigned accounts
  • Oversee direct reports (Media Buyers, Senior Media Buyers) from the hiring process, to onboarding 

Media Supervisor Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media planning
  • Experience with/working knowledge of two or more of the following platforms:
  • Programmatic/Display, such as Google Campaign Manager and Display & Video 360 experience;
  • Paid social platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn Snapchat, Pinterest, Tik Tok
  • Previous experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
