The purpose of the Merchandise Analyst role is to work closely within the relevant Supply Chain groups to optimize all allocations and distributions to stores. This role will be responsible for assisting in achieving the key business drivers in Sales, Profit and Inventory targets for a specific Brand across specified regions through an effective supply chain strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND
> Bachelor's or higher level degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain/Merchandise Management, Finance or business.
> Two to Five years of experience managing within an Head Office Merchandise Environment
> Retail Planning and Merchandise Management experience
> Ability to understand technology and how this impacts supply chain/Merchandise strategies.
> Experience working in a similar environment preferred
