Our Los Angeles based client is looking for a Merchandise Planner who will be responsible for running and creating selling reports, while also analyzing our Retail, Ecommerce, and Wholesale divisions.Responsibilities:
• Perform the administrative and operational functions within the merchandising team o Create Weekly, Monthly, and Seasonal divisional reports
• Planning of seasonal markdowns
• Create seasonal collateral for Retail locations
• Special projects as needed by Buyer in deadline driven environment
• Data Entry in ERP and POS system
• Inventory Management o Process bi-weekly replenishments
o Initiate Transfers o Analyze sales/inventory ratio by season
Qualifications:
• 3+ years in apparel industry
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
• Detail Oriented, excellent written/verbal skills
• Knowledge of inventory tracking and analysis processes
