24 Seven is partnering up with a well-known pool supply company based in Phoenix, AZ to help them find a Merchandising Operations Manager to join their team in this hybrid role. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits!The Merchandising Operations Responsibilities:
- The day-to-day management of the analysis, execution, and all processes related to the company's retail pricing strategy and promotional pricing events.
- This manager is responsible for the management of the company's competitive pricing process, analysis, and reporting.
- This manager also leads the team who are subject matter experts in all aspects of the company's pricing / promotional systems and processes, in store product signs, and has responsibility for data integrity in Leslie’s enterprise / POS systems.
- Managing the execution of these responsibilities with constant assessment to redefine and refine the overall processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the team to support the Merchandising group.
- Execute Price and Event loading to achieve 100% accuracy
- Develops weekly plans with own team, marketing, and merchandising to ensure all deadlines are met for each pricing event, identifying and resolving potential conflicts prior to finalization of the event
- Drives to build and develop the talent of the team by managing and delegating appropriately
- Coordinates with merchandising, supply chain, and direct teams to ensure high level of item data integrity throughout the enterprise and POS systems
- Manages accuracy of Price Zones for retail and commercial businesses
- Responsible for competitive price shop process and reporting
- Participates in developing and delivering the Promotional Planning Capability to implement Pre-Post promotional analysis with FPA and Merchandising
