Position Description As the Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing unbeatable content both personal and executive to help take both 24 Seven and Marketers That Matter to new heights. You will also be responsible for writing and producing content across multiple channels with measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, write and edit content with a clear focus on community engagement including but not limited to blog posts and thought leadership pieces catered towards the 24 Seven and MTM audiences
• Assist in writing speaker/panelist questions for MTM and 24 Seven events (~30 events in 2022)
• Write event summary blogs for each MTM and 24 Seven event
• Work cross-functionally amongst 24 Seven and MTM on content creation and direction
• Optimize content for SEO to increase prospective conversions through improved rankings and increased engagement
• Actively participate in the annual marketing planning process to integrate strategy work with operational planning, along with working together with the Content Manager to create a master calendar of content
• Develop marketing communications including email newsletters, branding, advertising, public relations, events, seminars, blogs, vlogs and market research
• Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of prior content management, writing and copy-editing experience
• Proven content creation capabilities
• Strong understanding of social channels, blog and thought leadership writing
• Clear communicator (both written & verbal) with strong attention to detail Skills Required
• Team-player who can execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial culture: strong decision-maker with the ability keep teams oriented and drive execution across organization
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills; a natural storyteller and creative problem solver; native in both digital and physical worlds; a collaborator with a constant curiosity and a learning mentality who likes to execute on the tactics as much as setting the strategy
