Job description

24Seven is partnering up with an American electric vehicle manufacturer to help them find a Network Operation Center/System Engineer to join their team onsite in Casa Grande, AZ! This is a 3 month contract with potential to extend.

This role require someone to be on-site 5 days a week in Casa Grande during the day M-F either 7-3pm or 8-4pm.

The Role:
  • Monitor, Support and troubleshoot issues by following the SOP based documentation.
  • Create and update trouble tickets as required.
  • Respond to infrastructure alarms, take appropriate actions to classify, prioritize and resolve the issues.
  • Provide Critical service outage notification and escalate issues for timely resolution, notify Appropriate stakeholders accordingly.
  • Work cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders to perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting 
  • Proactively monitor performance of the Lucid .
  • Document problem descriptions and provide detailed diagnosis and assessment of incidents.
  • Operate with local and remote OC Engineers that will play a valuable role monitoring services, collaborating with application owners, and engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues critical to the business. 
  • Work with Engineering teams on day-to-day support, deployments, releases, maintenance, potential security vulnerabilities and troubleshooting of services and products to ensure high availability, optimal performance and stability.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of key  monitoring protocols.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex business problems.
