Our client, a holding company for a variety of major advertising and creative agencies, is lookin got add a freelance Administrative Assistant to their Growth and Marketing team, with potential to convert to Fulltime. This person will be working on a hybrid schedule (remote and onsite), and reporting directly to the Executive Assistant. Hours will fluctuate but close to FT hour role.
The Administrative Assistant Will:
- Support the current Executive Assistant and the wider Marketing & Growth team.
- Be in-office when the team is on-site, assisting team members and executives who are present in the office. This person will also assist the team with administrative needs when the team is working remotely
- Work across: Expenses, Invoices, Helping sort meetings (i.e. setting up in person meetings with IT, deck presentations, sorting out beverages, food)
TheAdministrative Assistant Must Have:
- 1 year of experience in an administrative support role
- Software – MAC Laptop / Keynote / Microsoft Office / Outlook
- Ideal Backgrounds/skillset: Tech Savvy, ability to work in a fast paced environment and work quickly, all hands-on deck mentality, team player
