Job description

Front desk receptionist will greet guests, offer refreshments, manage conference rooms, manage office supplies including kitchen supplies, will assist with catering. They will manage vendors for office equipment and services.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
· First point of contact for staff, visitors, and vendors ensuring friendly welcome and timely follow up and follow through
· Manage bookings, appearance, and equipment of conference rooms
· Coordinate messengers, FedEx packages including supplies, deliveries, and mail distribution
· Maintain supply closet appearance and supplies including office printer
· Order and stock supplies for kitchen including beverages and glassware
· Maintain cleaning supplies for all areas of office including kitchen, bathroom, and offices
· Coordinate technicians or repairman for office including liaising with Hospitality and Building Management ensuring timely project completion
· Manage office booking platform for availability and any other inquiries ensuring desks are appropriately booked
· Administrative tasks as required for the President

WHO YOU ARE
· Excellent oral and written ability required
· Agility in multitasking is highly preferred
· Must have working knowledge of MS Office
· Flexible schedule to work nights or days other than assigned
· Able to research and compile complete lists with short notice
· Great Organization needed
· Excellent follow up required
· Proactive
· Solutions oriented
· Interest in Fashion preferred
· Ability to provide white glove service
