Our client is a fast growing, innovative beauty brand.Responsibilities:
- Manage the Office
- Manage A/V for conference rooms and meetings
- Track and maintain electronic equipment in-office
- Devise systems to keep track of mail, filing and supplies
- Order and coordinate office food and beverage
- Own vendor relationships for shipments, couriers, cleaning, managing repairs, etc.
- Assist in HR-related duties: administrative recruiting scheduling and onboarding efforts
- Managing office access for the team for in-person office visits
- Work with IT to set up desk and technology needs for new hires for first day and cross-functional team IT-related support
- Work with EA to attend Co-CEO meetings & take minutes where necessary
- Work with EA to execute organizing documents, arranging deliveries, and updating contacts
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as deemed necessary
- Work with Product Development/Marketing teams for all product-related freight including packing, shipping, cleanup
- Experience in Google Calendar/Slack heavily preferred
- 2+ years of proven team support and administration experience in a fast-growth company
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience managing an office, a plus having experience with support of executive-level roles
- Experience in people/culture onboarding a plus
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Ability to commute to NYC office on as-needed basis (1-2X/month)
