Our client, is a skincare brand looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their team!

The ideal candidate will bring expertise to our paid media strategy and execution; they are an experienced media buyer who has planned and executed media buys across major social and search platforms. The ideal candidate has strategized, planned and executed large-scale national media campaigns and can help develop best practices to connect paid media to our overall marketing strategy in driving new customers to site and key retail partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop Paid Search strategy, identifying areas of improvement and implementing best practices across platforms
Assist with managing Paid Search agency to execute strategy and optimize campaigns
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization, staying on top of industry trends and competitive landscape
Produce detailed analysis of campaigns, using performance data to extract key learnings to improve and inform future strategies on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Partner closely with external and internal cross functional teams on overlapping initiatives
Assist with creative project management between internal teams, inclusive of contributing to the development of new creative workflow processes
Analyze competitors’ activity in the marketplace and potential impact to our campaigns
Responsible for managing channel budgets and billing process
Experience with SEO a plus


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

BA/BS preferred. 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, specifically paid search marketing experience ideal. Agency setting highly preferred.


OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Experience with e-commerce and advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing, YouTube. FBIG and TikTok a plus)
Knowledgeable about digital advertising trends and SEM/SEO
Creative mindset in the know on beauty trends
Excellent problem-solving skills. Quickly identify and work through obstacles
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
Superior execution abilities, deliver what needs to be done to meet objectives, prioritizes and plans work actions, establishes and meets goals and objectives
Innovative. Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness and with positivity
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and respond to situations quickly
Project Management tools a plus (Asana, Wrike)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); and ability to learn required business systems
Hybrid (few days onsite)
