Our client is looking for a Digital Growth Marketing Contractor. This person will own our paid digital marketing programs - including campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads - to test out the viability of paid campaigns across our suite of new and existing products. This person will own the paid marketing program for Home from creative concept to testing to measuring results, and work closely with our Creative, Growth Tech, Product, and Analytics teams. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in paid performance marketing channels looking to elevate their experience into a larger scale and high performing marketing organization.
What You'll Do:
Own paid digital marketing programs for Home
Develop learning agenda and test plans with marketing and product teams
Create briefs to produce creative assets across multiple paid channels
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure attribution and reporting is set up correctly
Execute paid digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, and more
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in paid digital marketing (i.e. performance marketing channels such as Google or Facebook)
- 1+ years of experience specifically in mobile app advertising
- Understanding of mobile app attribution and attribution technologies
- Experience working with creative teams (internal or external) to produce direct response creatives
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to design strong learning agendas and tests
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in testing a new digital channel for an organization or paid marketing outside of Facebook and Google
- Experience in helping develop alternate attribution or results measurement systems beyond Ads Manager reported numbers
- Experience in Fintech or Mortgage industries
