Title: Paid Social & Digital Acquisition Manager

Location: LA - Hybrid

 

Job Description: An industry leading beauty/skincare company is looking to bring on a Paid Social and Digital Acquisition Manager. This position is responsible for supporting creative production and analysis for paid digital channels, including paid social, display, search, email, and new emerging channels as needed. You will excel in this role if you love analyzing creative performance, generating new creative ideas, and working with multiple creative teams and partners to execute ideas quickly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the creative direction for new ads by analyzing past performance, pulling out key insights about copy, imagery, video, format, etc. and making recommendations based on data.
  • Constantly generate new ad ideas designed for direct response/performance marketing to prospect new customers.
  • Establish partnerships with new creative partners/creative platform tools as needed and manage communication with influencers/creators either directly or in conjunction with our PR/affiliate teams.
  • Analyze and communicate marketing performance to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Route all finished creative to key stakeholders, including working closely with our Brand, Legal and Clearance teams to ensure creative is compliant and on brand.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years of related paid social and digital marketing experience, with in-depth understanding of direct response and marketing creative production
  • Experience in developing, planning, launching, and analyzing digital campaigns across multiple channels
  • Proven success hitting monthly goals for spend and return; optimizing/improving upon paid media campaigns and managing media spend budgets.
  • Experience building and deploying email campaigns using marketing automation tools – creating segmentation based on customer behavior. (Experience with Bloomreach is a plus!)
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs, and recommendations.
  • Experience with Facebook ads Manager & Reports and Google Analytics, focusing on Creative Performance
  • Experience managing direct response/branded campaigns
  • Experience setting up and analyzing A/B tests and landing pages
  • Experience with Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform both high level and more granular analysis.
