Performance Marketing Manager 

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Santa Monica. As a manager, you will use your strong creative and analytical skills to acquire profitable and engaged customers across multiple channels. As part of your role, you’ll work side by side with the rest of the marketing teams including creative, social media, and data science. Your expertise will directly impact the Client's growth strategy and success. Job Responsibilities • Work with senior management to drive overall marketing strategy • Learn and implement best practices and methodologies across existing channel partners • Identify and vet new and emerging acquisition channels • Own and manage a monthly budget across multiple channels and geos • Provide insightful analysis of spend and results • Collaborate with other teams across Seriously, including product and monetization • Manage network partners and campaign performance • Stay current on the mobile user acquisition landscape, growth trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to develop new ideas and initiatives for growth

Job Qualifications

• 2-4 years managing mobile user acquisition campaigns across viable channels, including ad networks, social, and emerging platforms • Experience using data insights to drive decision making and growth strategy • Experience visualizing results and presenting to internal/external clients • Experience managing seven-figure marketing budgets • Experience working in cross-team environments with partners in several time zones Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, economics, or another quantitative field Knowledge/Skills • Passion for the gaming and games industry is highly valued! • Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong communication skills a must • A proactive approach to working with data science and tech teams to build scalable tools • Ability to build efficient workflows that allow for profitable scale
