Our client, an award winning advertising agency, is adding 2 Performance Media Managers to their team who will ensure seamless strategy and execution across paid search, social, and programmatic display and video.
Performance Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to determine search marketing objectives and goals and periodically presenting plans and results
- Mentor and support performance media planners in the overall development of campaign strategy and proposals through to implementation, ensuring thorough optimization and analysis for effective conversion costs
- Oversee team members in keyword management, creative testing, and bidding strategies on PPC and programmatic platforms + search engines to reach client goals
- Manage performance media forecasting and budgets, working cross-functionally to ensure client deadlines and budgets are achievable and delivered upon
- Keep current with industry trends and best practices and making recommendations to the team as you see fit
Performance Media Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years paid search/display experience in the digital media/agency environment
- Previous success working directly with clients in the planning, development, and management of search, social, and programmatic media campaigns for brands or products
- Advanced understanding of media planning tools (MRI/Simmons, Google Analytics, AdWords, Doubleclick and SEMRush)
