Our client, a Video Content Production company is looking to hire a Personal Administrative Assistant to support the Head Personal Assistant to the Owners. As the Personal Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Draft correspondence
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested such as handling refunds/returns, ordering household items, etc.
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate event logistics
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time-management and organization skills
This is an onsite based role.
Salary: $60-65k/yr. annually.
