Client Overview:

Our client is a renowned pharmaceutical media agency presenting creative media solutions for a diverse portfolio of iconic brands. Their revolutionary, integrated, and collaborative approach distinguishes them at the forefront of the industry across the globe.

 

Project Manager Overview:

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager within Pharmaceuticals to be responsible for managing multiple projects through all phases of delivery ensuring a successful on time delivery. We are located in Fort Washington, PA .

 

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Creating and updating project timelines

• Working with the Client Services team to ensure all project elements are executed flawlessly

• Managing and providing direction to internal resources on the development of content, media, and marketing-related deliverables

• Regularly communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status

• Managing production planning meetings

• Leading in-studio recording sessions

• Recruiting, managing, and corresponding with expert medical faculty

• Creating website landing pages through our Content Management System

• Providing and implementing improvements to processes

• Ensuring fiscal health of projects

• 15% travel for client visits and/or project implementation is required

 

Project Manager Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent

• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in project management

• Medical Legal Review (MLR) experience and knowledge is a must

• Experience with live and digital multimedia formats

• Customer service orientated

• Flexibility and independency while working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time

• Acute attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Be able to travel and work extended hours and/or weekends, as needed

• Be proficient in MS Office

• Previous Pharma experience required
