Our client, is a well know PR Communications Agency that is looking for a PR Events Coordinator join their team!
Job Overview:
This person will be responsible for:
- helping to manage and coordinate all Brand Ambassadors' weekly schedules and activation needs
- oversee planning and reporting
- order and manage uniform inventory, promo items and collateral
- plan and execute monthly events, and be on site, as needed, for events
This candidate will also help with additional clients as needed - ranging from other event planning and execution priorities to Public Relations support.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a prior event planning and/or Public Relations role.
- Bachelor's (Required)
- media relations: 1 year (Preferred)
- event planning: 1 year (Preferred)
Location:
- Office is in West LA - Hybrid work
- 2-3 days in office; on site at events as needed.
- Must be fully vaccinated and provide proof
