Client Overview: The client operates at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce and offers advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across their ecosystem of mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices and advertising platform.
Position Overview: The Regional Packaging PM role manages and executes localized packaging development, packaging change requests post-production, and supports Out of Bounds efforts when necessary. This includes managing creative packaging artwork deliverables, such as outer box and in-box documentation updates, and working directly with a 3rd party print production vendor to execute.
Responsibilities:
- Drive packaging artwork updates with 3rd party vendor and international cross-functional team
- Drive artwork approvals with global stakeholders to meet development schedule through Release to Print
- Update and communicate workback schedule to stakeholders
- Communicate delays and escalate, when needed
- Send final files to packaging vendors per standardized SOP
- Problem-solve unexpected results
Key Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Creative Packaging program management for global company
- Previous experience working within a packaging development system, program management system (such as Wrike), and/or proofing system (such as ProofHQ)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign
- Understanding of file formats
- Strong communication skills
- Strong program management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and programs at one time
