Job description
This designer would be embedded with the development team, engaging daily with their PM and eng partners, responsive to feedback and able to iterate quickly. Projects will be fairly well scoped and defined (use case, objectives, metrics) but the designer
is expected to develop a perspective on the users’ needs and generate creative solutions that take those into account. The designer will have access to users for design review but most of the requirements and business context will be provided by their PM partner and Design manager.

Additional must haves
- Experience with design for complex enterprise solutions
- Ex: supply chain, finance, creative/production tooling, analytics, operations, legal, CMS, sales, database management, healthcare, customer service, project management, automation, security systems
- Data visualization (tabular and graphical)
- Interaction design addressing data manipulation (filtering, query, pivots)
