Job description
We are working with a luxury British brand who are looking for an experienced product developer to support the design team and drive margin while delivering quality and aesthetic brand requirements. Reporting into the Development and Production Director you will be working within the Production Development team to develop RTW styles. This is an exciting opportunity for a product developer who has 3+ years of experience within Product Development at a luxury company and has worked with Denim.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Driving product by elevation of quality, working closely with technical and pattern teams
• Co-ordinate and drive all raw materials in order to achieve required dates
• Clear understanding of MOQ’s and pricing for garment make and raw materials
• Ensuring style send outs are managed with correct supplier(s)
• Data management; Zedonk, Trim sheets all to required critical path
• Supplier management, ensuring clarity of information for sampling
• Identification and management of cost price and risk attributes within styles
• Participation in pre-show activities
• Management of production handover / sealing dates, ensuring product is resolved sufficiently in order for production to commence
Requirements:
• Experience in denim beneficial
• Degree level or similar
• Good knowledge of garment construction, raw materials and components
• Organised, efficient and critical path focused
• PLM / PDM experience would be an advantage + MS office skills
• Initiative and drive

• Good communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving
