Job description

Work with a mission-driven company, focused on championing financial progress for our more than 100 million members in the U.S., Canada and U.K. While we're best known for pioneering free credit scores, our members turn to us for tips as they work on their financial goals, including helping them monitor their credit, identity monitoring, searching for credit cards, shopping for loans (car, home and personal), and growing their savings* -- all for free. We have grown significantly through the years: we've added more than 70 million members in the last five years alone and now have more than 1,100 employees across our offices in Oakland, Charlotte, Los Angeles and London.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will focus on growing our business by supporting marketing strategy, spearheading innovation and driving integration between Product and Marketing on upcoming product launches with Intuit. Specifically, you will help members to save $8B on assisted tax filing fees with IG 14 by understanding and developing synergies between various IG tracks and beyond. You will partner with Product Managers and Engineers from both companies and advise on these innovations, feature sets and value props to serve consumers and help our members. You’ll support development of Go To Market plans, guide testing strategy holistically through strong partnership with Engagement Marketing, develop program strategy for macro testing, create optimal user flows between marketing and product, and ensure member pain points are addressed in marketing. We need a dynamic, consumer-centric and results-oriented manager, who will combine strategy and execution to better understand our members and help deliver experiences that meet their needs. We’re looking for someone, who gets excited to explore, understand and solve real consumer financial problems.

What You’ll Do:

-Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to advise on development of innovative new feature sets and value props that serve consumers and help our members.

-Develop end-to-end Go To Market plans and message strategy (Go To Market plans currently include business goals, marketing goals, competitive overviews, target audience segment definition, audience insights, product overview, member journey, Reasons to Believe, messaging strategy, campaign brief, macro channel mix, and channel rollout timeline.)

-Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Product, Research, Brand and Creative teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing marketing of Intuit synergies.

What’s Great About the Role:

-Work alongside leadership on Product Marketing for our company's biggest bets.

-Learn how to build a product that meets member needs and drives member adoption.

-Get exposure to multiple marketing disciplines-- from paid to engagement, in-product and organic.

-Work at a mission driven company and truly help people reach their financial goals, such as getting out of debt.

Minimum Qualifications:

-5-8+ years of experience in Product Marketing at a consumer technology company or commensurate experience, such as Growth or Engagement Marketing.

-Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing; a quantitative and qualitative product marketer.

-Ability to independently drive experimentation focused on conversion and engagement

-Experience in applying consumer insights to inform and optimize the product experience

-Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams

Preferred Qualifications:

-Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

-A passion for creating transformative consumer experiences, and a track record of implementing such experiences via marketing, products and programs.

-Excitement and savvy for applying new technologies for next-generation consumer facing product experiences in the fintech space.

-High energy and positive attitude with a "can do," solution-oriented mindset.
