Job Description:Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Artist to join their dynamic team. As a Production Artist, you will play a crucial role in the execution and delivery of creative assets for the brand.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the creative team to execute and deliver high-quality artwork for a variety of marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media.
2. Ensure that all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
3. Review and proofread artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.
4. Prepare final artwork files for production, including prepress, file optimization, and color correction.
5. Maintain organized file management and version control systems to ensure efficient workflow and easy retrieval of assets.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and project managers, to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and production techniques.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality control.
9. Provide support in other production-related tasks, such as photo retouching, resizing, and file conversion, as needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Production Artist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced creative agency or in-house marketing department.
3. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
5. Solid understanding of print and digital production processes, including prepress, file optimization, and color management.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
8. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
9. Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
