The Imagery Coordinator is responsible for creating photo-realistic product renders for marketing and retail needs.

Candidate Overview
Providing insights and guidance so production remains on schedule and within budget, daily contact with Brand and Digital Design teams, CGI artists and IT and Systems leaders is necessary and required.

There are three key areas of focus
o    Collect and verify product information, mechanical files and meta-data
o    Manage and communicate production updates
o    Organize and validate all production data in the PM system and imagery server

This role acts as the point of contact and liaison between the brand partners and production/artist team for scoping, collection and organization of artwork, files, product information and budget adherence.

The Successful Candidate
  • Validates and pre-flights structural and artwork technical files through Adobe Illustrator and CAD to verify product needs
  • Creates & assigns tasks in the project management and communication system
  • Tracks and reports project tasks status and communications, project Budget, schedule management, and issue tracking
  • Assists brand teams with quality reviews of product imagery and assures that deliverables adhere to global standards
  • Manages and delivers tasks based on delivery timelines 
  • Oversees the delivery of imagery and reviews final files for accuracy and meets imagery standards
  • Uploads approved Product Imagery and associated meta-data to Imagery Server and DAM system
Requirements
  • 4 - 7 years’ experience as an artwork, CGI or digital production coordinator
  • Working knowledge of packaging production, CGI software, CGI pipelines, product photography and photorealistic rendering
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working autonomously, while being a part of a team
  • Demonstrated success at organizing third-party vendors to deliver accurate imagery files
  • Working knowledge of the following applications/platforms
  • CSS, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Project management systems; Wrike is preferred but not required
  • Data Asset Management Systems
  • Imagery software such as Nuke, Maya, Cinema4D
