One of our small agency clients is looking for a freelance Project Manager / Account Executive to join their team for a 3-4 month contract role supporting a key B2B client account.

This freelance Project Manager / Account Executive will be reporting directly to an Account Director and working closely with an Account Manager assigned to the same client account; supporting a range of internal agency project management responsibilities.

The freelance Project Manager / Account Executive must have at least 3-5 years of agency experience and be comfortable hitting the ground running with brand campaign development projects that include websites, social, broadcast, print, etc.


Ideal freelance Project Manager / Account Executive candidates will have:
- At least 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Executive within an advertising agency, with a focus on supporting B2B clients.
- Proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles, strategies, and tactics for B2B campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Nice to have:
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, technologies, and metrics.
- BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.


Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising goals, objectives, and target audience for B2B campaigns.
- Develop detailed project plans, including defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and the client, maintaining regular communication and providing project updates.
- Manage client expectations, address concerns, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, copywriting, design, and media planning, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of high-quality work.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing progress reports, discussing challenges, and ensuring alignment among team members.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
- Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and partners as needed to support project requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements.
