One of our agency clients is looking for an Project Manager to join their team for an exciting role working on several new client accounts in the tourism/hospitality and higher education industries.

This Project Manager will report to the agency Account Director and be responsible for guiding internal agency processes across cross-functional teams (account, creative, media, etc.), developing project plans, managing progress, and reporting results against KPI's.

The Project Manager should have previous agency experience and be extremely detail oriented while developing projects schedules, budgets, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring client goals and deadlines are achieved.
 

Ideal Project Manager candidates will have:
- At least 2+ years of ad agency project management experience handling a range of projects including web, print, digital, asset production, etc.
- BA degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field
- Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing/competing priorities.
- Experience using project management software - i.e. Jira, Trello, Slack, G-suite, Workamajig, Webvantage, Workfront, etc.
- Experience working with CMS platforms to structure and deliver content to websites and applications - i.e. WordPress, Drupal, Kentico, etc.
- Familiar with agile and waterfall methodologies, and print production processes
- Ability to manage up and keep senior agency leaders engaged as needed
- Great attention to detail, time management, organization, and communication skills
- Fully proficient with MS Word, Excel, Keynote, and other related software/programs
 

Nice to have:
- Experience using analytics and business intelligence tools to report on KPI's and client goals - i.e. Google Analytics, Salesforce Reporting, etc.
- Experience synthesizing project discovery insights into requirements for development and testing
