Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our client's Product Development Team as a Project Manager. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the product development process, from ideation to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, branding, product design, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of projects and the timely delivery of high-quality beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for beauty product development initiatives.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to define product requirements, positioning, and messaging.
  • Liaise with product design and development teams to ensure the timely creation of prototypes and samples.
  • Work closely with operations to coordinate production schedules, inventory management, and fulfillment.

3. Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all beauty products meet brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough product testing and evaluation, providing feedback to the product development team as needed.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance product quality and performance.

4. Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and manufacturers, to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery of materials and components.

5. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the product development lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform product development strategies.


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.

Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience managing projects from concept to launch.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
