PT Web Developer
We’re looking for a full stack web developer or small web studio to partner with our team. This is a contract position. Our ideal partner is flexible with our workload demands, from no projects to a heavy workload. You will collaborate with designers, account managers, copywriters, and vendors to develop websites and oversee digital projects through execution. You are a creative thinker–always tinkering with new ways to approach old problems to find the best solutions for your client. If you don’t know the answer, you find it. You can solve for anything.
Responsibilities:
Develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable web experiences
- WordPress, Squarespace and Shopify expert, including developing back-end components
- PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Campaign Monitor email marketing and template development
- SEO strategy and implementation
- Website adoption
- Accessibility expert
- Website audits and competitive analysis
- Support troubleshooting, bug fixing and other required upgrades for existing functionality
- Work to clarify and budget for new projects
- Ability to create roadmaps and contribute to site strategy–from ideation to articulation to delivery
What we are looking for
- Superior communication skills, extremely responsive and adaptable
- Attention to detail
- Communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Lead discussions with our clients on web strategy, ideation and best practices
Bonus
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics
- Understanding of UX tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch and Figma
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations
- MySQL, API and JSON
Desired skills and experience
- 5+ years of digital interactive experience
- Expertise in developing strategic creative solutions for clients
- Knowledge of current digital technologies, publishing tools and trends in the advertising industry
