Position: Recruiting Coordinator
What you’ll do:
- Schedule interviews, book travel arrangements and reserve conference rooms for interviews
- Meet and greet candidates for their interviews
- Provide support to the recruiting team
- Be a point person during onsite interviews
- Facilitate disseminating interview materials and food for candidates while onsite
- Manage high-volume job requisitions and all job boards
- Assist in recruiting events as needed
Minimum Basic Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed
- Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and work cross-functionally with various departments
- MUST be local to Charlotte NC
- Ability to work 10AM - 7PM EST shift
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent Google Suite skills
- Ability to navigate an applicant tracking system with ease Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience at a Fintech company, or any finance experience highly preferred
