We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our client’s team . As a Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract top talent to our organization. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create compelling marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives that effectively communicate the company's values, culture, and career opportunities.

- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various platforms, including social media, job boards, career fairs, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, hiring managers, and leadership, to understand recruitment needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage engaging content for recruitment marketing materials, including job advertisements, employee testimonials, videos, and blog posts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices in recruitment marketing.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, advertising agencies, and job boards, to maximize the reach and impact of recruitment marketing efforts.
- Monitor and respond to candidate feedback and inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in recruitment marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
