Senior Manager, Creative Strategy Overview:
As a Senior Manager of Creative Strategy, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives and impactful video ads that drive sales and enhance our presence across all paid media platforms. The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker, passionate about developing creative concepts, with a deep understanding of consumer psychology and purchasing behavior, particularly within the women's market segment.

Senior Manager, Creative Strategy Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely to constantly conceptualize new ideas.
  • Oversee the entire video production process, managing a team of video editors and UGC creators.
  • Ideate and write persuasive scripts for paid video ads, primarily for Meta and TikTok.
  • Identify top-performing concepts and create variations and iterations to scale successful ideas.
  • Work collaboratively with our video editing team to bring your scripts to life, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Utilize research, data, and creative insights to build hypotheses for testing and iteration.
  • Write strategic briefs outlining scientific and creative tests within ads to gain high-impact learnings.
  • Share insights with the team and collaborate on new concepts and ideas.
Senior Manager, Creative Strategy Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a top university.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns targeted at women.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist in Direct Response Marketing or Copywriting.
  • Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for exploring new ideas and strategies in the digital content space.
