Senior Paid Acquisition Manager 
$90,000 to $140,000 DOE

Remote 

Our client, a growing Beauty+Wellness brand is looking for a Sr. Paid Acquisition Manager to to own paid social marketing performance, including scaling, oversight of creative for sprints, reviewing budgets and leading growth marketing team members.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and support the implementation of our paid media marketing strategies for social: Facebook & TikTok.
  • Must have current in platform FB experience.
  • Optimize paid acquisition cross-channel KPIs including traffic, CPC, conversion rates and ROAS to achieve revenue and performance goals
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, landing page sources reports, and more.
  • Scale channel(s) by testing new opportunities and running experiments inside the ad
  • Lead strategy for paid media creative asset production,
The ideal candidate has:
  • 3+ years’ experience executing Customer Acquisition at scale across multiple paid media channels and ad networks managing budgets over $10m per year. FB is a must! 
  • 2+ years experience after the iOS14.5 update scaling Paid Social campaigns for a DTC Ecommerce brand. 
  • Demonstrated experience improving the performance of paid campaigns through optimization, automation, and creative testing.
  • Able to manage performance creative strategy and formulate creative development needs at a rapid pace. You won’t be managing creative teams, but the right candidate understands how to bridge the gap between performance and creative to receive what’s needed from creative teams.
  • Results-driven mindset of relentless experimentation across existing channels while constantly finding and growing new acquisition channels
  • Data analysis and critical thinking skills to review and drive campaign results.  Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or Supermetrics!
