Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Manager of Retail Marketing to lead the growth and development of the brand in Sephora. Ideally, we are looking for a motivated and retail experienced individual who has a passion for skincare and beauty, and a strong understanding of the landscape. 

Responsibilities 
• Lead the development and execution of marketing plans and sampling strategy, including all merchandising strategy, promotional activities, and product launches
• Drive traffic, increase sales, and brand awareness through retail marketing efforts 
• Assess the efficacy of channel marketing initiatives and enhance their performance 
• Liaise directly with Sephora merchants, conducting bi-weekly meetings to discuss potential opportunities for increased exposure and support. Effectively communicate and balance their feedback with the brand's objectives
• Analyze channel sales, promotions, and animations to identify areas for improvement and develop contingency plans to achieve sales goals.
• Support on in-store eventing execution and logistics
• Lead the strategy and execution of Sephora.com P-pages, ensuring all assets and copy are consistent, regularly optimized and are representative of brand ethos
• Lead the sampling program strategy and execution in Sephora
• Verify Sephora forecasts for innovation and product advancements 
• Support strategic channel campaign programming from inception through execution (both full price and promotional programming)
• Maintain pulse on industry best practices for beauty marketing as well as performance benchmarking 
• Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams 

Quali?cations and Experience 
- 4+ years of marketing experience in beauty industry 
- Experience with Sephora retailer directly
- Gen Z brand experience preferred
- Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related subject preferred
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage details and multi-task projects
- Strong initiative and ability to prioritize projects
