Retail Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales and marketing efforts globally, particularly in the US and Canada markets. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Retail Marketing, the Sales & Retail Marketing Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, support retail partners, and ensure the successful execution of sales and retail marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and beauty, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Sales Support:

Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all accounts, including retailers, distributors, and other wholesale accounts.
Provide retail partners with product knowledge, training materials, and marketing collateral.
Coordinate with the Sales & Retail Marketing team to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.
Retail Marketing Coordination:

Collaborate with retail partners to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for designated retail accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of account activities, including sales orders, inventory levels, and customer communications.
Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners to foster collaboration and mutual success.
Market Research:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
Monitor industry developments and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.
Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the Sales & Retail Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales coordination, retail marketing, or related roles.
Account management experience with leading beauty retailers and/or department stores in the US is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Capability to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Tenacious and resilient self-starter who can think outside the box.
Passion for skincare and beauty industry trends and products.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Exposure to Canadian and other global retailers is a plus.
