Job description
As the Activation and Sales Support Assistant Manager you will be supporting and aligning cross-functional team collaborative efforts for all campaigns, activations, sales incentives, and promotions. Responsible in collaboration with the Senior Director, Activations and Activation and Sales Support Manager for the formulation and execution of the monthly 360 activation project briefs and coordinating of all necessary sales assets to support the 12-month commercial calendar that drives the monthly revenue target supporting brand messaging, product launches, promotions, and unique levers to motivate our client's consultants and consumers to deliver the revenue.
Support and maintain responsibility for the annual calendar and monthly campaign activities in partnership with field development, training, marketing teams, operations, and customer experience team to achieve sales, KPIs and brand alignment
Develop and execute cross-functional briefs with sales assets needed to support customized account specific promotional opportunities for key product lines and annual launches
Ensure and support global team alignment and preparation for all the monthly program launches globally
Work cross-functionally to support strategy with monthly incentives sales tools and assets
Partner closely with creative team to manage project prioritization and ensure requests align to monthly business objectives and ultimately drive business results
Support and maintain monthly reporting processes and ad-hoc program analytics
Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment with creative marketing, brand messaging and business activations plans
Gather data and report on monthly campaign results to identify successes and applied learning
Support all efforts needed for global brand alignment and activation communication
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1+ years’ experience in marketing activation with a proven track record.
Beauty or health and wellness industry preferred
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working with a digital first brand
Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business goals
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Must demonstrate strong communication skills and be a strategic creative and highly analytical thinker
Team player and strong leader who can build relationships with cross functional leaders
Ability to understand changing dynamics and translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives
Organization, planning and forecasting, work cross functionally, strong communication skills and very detail oriented
Manage and ensure established sales metrics and KPIs
