Job description

Our client, a footwear and accessories brand, is a looking for a Sales Coordinator. This role is to assist the B2B Digital channel in achieving sales targets for key accounts while cultivating new business and fostering relationships for future brand growth.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage account requests for completion of new item set up templates, product attributes, inventory updates, PO extensions, content accuracy, samples,
• Analyze and report WTD-MTD-STD sales findings to interpret trends and opportunities/ risks all key accounts
• Partner with sales ops, sales planning, Key Account Manager – Marketplaces and Account Representative, B2B Digital to leverage sell – in, sell through and stock analysis in order to update monthly and annual forecasts
• Partner with CS manager to communicate PO updates, shipping progress and delays to accounts
• Responsible seasonal sample lines as well as sending out for style-outs and photo shoots, fashion closets, on-air opportunities, gifting,
• Market preparation


Capabilities (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities including Technical Requirements):

• 2 years of Wholesale or Retail experience (Sales, Buying or Merchandising)
• Working knowledge of retail math and concepts
• Ability to be resourceful and problem solve effectively
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, G-Suite, SAP
• Bachelor’s Degree
