Client Brief: 
Our client is a full-service Digital Marketing Agency headquartered just outside of Philadelphia, PA that specializes in building the online presence of home service businesses, pharmaceutical companies, small businesses, and everything in between. Their areas of expertise include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, Paid Social Media Advertising, and Web Development.

Role Overview:
Status - Full-time
Model - Hybrid (3 days on-site | 2 days remote) 
Bristol, PA

The Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring, training and leading a growing sales staff. You will also organize and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance direct reports.

Responsibilities Overview:

  • Provides leadership to the sales team.
  • Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.
  • Consults with potential customers to understand needs
  • Identifies and suggests services that will meet those needs. 
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.

Qualification Overview:

  • Previous experience managing a sales team
